It depends on the girl. I know someone who lost it at 12. I lost mine at 15. My two best friends didn't lose theirs until they were in their 20's. It's a big decision to have sex for the first time, because it's just like time itself... you can only go forward... you can never go back. You should honestly know yourself and whether you're truly mentally ready to handle such a transition. The girl that was 12 later had regrets. I came to terms with my decision and so never had regrets. One of my 20 year old friends had regrets and one didn't. It depends on the mental maturity of the girl whether she can cope with her own physical maturity. However, I wouldn't suggest on being eager to have sex. It's a lot more complicated than sticking strange things in strange places.
