Well its too early for a urine pregnancy test but a blood test could detect it. If you start to get feverish or the cramps increase I would go see a Gynecologist. You could have several issues going on. They could do a pelvic ultrasound and see what it going on. you probably have ovarian cysts that could be dissolved by taking birth control pills. The pill will also help with a lighter period and less cramps. You would have a period for about 3 days on the pill, with maybe 1-2 days of light cramping. Ask your Gynecologist for advice you will be happy you did. If you aren't insured go to a free clinic or family planning or planned parenthood for help. Don't suffer, you have options.
