Ovarian cysts?

I am 49, I had my uterus only removed in 1982. Now I have pain in my lower right pelvic area and some spotting. The blood scared me. The pain I have had for over a month and the blood just started a week ago. Is this a cyst?
Answer:
When I read your question, I immediately thought cyst. Some cysts you don't notice, others can rupture and cause pain. Still others can cause pain and bleeding just by their location.

Since you have already had a partial hysterectomy, my advice is to call your doctor in the morning. The cyst could be growing and putting pressure on other organs or muscles. This is definitely not something you should sit on and wait to see if it goes away.
your health is seriouse and overian cancer is nothing to play with get it checked out if your not sure i watched my mother die from it and its not a very nice method of leaving this world
go to yr doctor
Get to the Gyno asap! That cyst could be cancerous or nothing at all. Regardless of what type it is, it needs to come out! I had a cyst removed from ovary and it was just an in and out day procedure. But go, go go!
I had an ovarian cyst rupture and there wasn't any blood. Severe pain but no blood. Get check!! NOW!!
I had the same thing.30 cysts...and they never seem to end...every year they come back...Im so sick of this..

Ovarian cyst~ scared?

Is 37 years old too old to get one? This is the second time I had one this year that was close to 5 cm and I want to find out what is causing me to keep getting them. The one I have now has caused me to skip a period and I'm scared it will continue to grow as long as I don't have one.
Answer:
~We grow cysts all the time. Where they grow and how big they grow is what matters. You aren't too old to get one, I think I was about that age when one exploded in my ovary. By the time they figured out that's what it was and got me to the operating table, another one had exploded in the other one, and I had all kinds of growth, part of it fell behind my uterus. They did a biopsy and closed me back up. Then I had a complete Hysterectomy, they took everything, including my cervix. They didn't want to leave anything for the growth.
It sounds like you'll end up having your ovaries removed. I hope you had all the children you wanted. I was divorced, so I knew I didn't want anymore.
Being scared won't make it go away. Try praying. Good luck.~
Maybe you have PCOS. (polycystic ovarian syndrome). I have it and now that I am getting treatment I feel better then ever. My period is now normal and regular. My weight is dropping and my mood has lifted. See your gyno or general MD about PCOS. They will have to refer you to an endocrinologist.
Ovarian cysts are common in all age groups. They are not always part of PCOS. Smaller ones come %26 go. You need not be scared of them, if they are causing serious trouble then only any interference is indicated.
They are common in woman. The best thing to do is to get checkups and attack the problem when it is in its first stage of development. I had one that was the size of a golf ball. I don't know how religious you are but prayer made mines go a way and I have never had a problem since.
Go to your OBGYN, I've had one but it wasn't that big and I'm only 18. My sister however is 40 and she had a pretty large one they removed for her during day surgery. Check and see what you can do.
Hi Flawless-
Take it from someone who has had multiple cysts..i mean multiple you will be okay no matter what the outcome. First of all as long as you are ovulating you are creating cysts.when an egg is forming it creates a follicle which is a cyst, when you ovulate the cyst ruptures and the egg is released...sometimes the cyst keeps forming or growing but they almost always go away on there own after a few cycles.sometimes they become too painful and you or your doc may choose to have it removed in a laprascopic surgery (simple one day surgery). Now in RARE occasions they can be complex cysts and may need more treatment or they can cause problems with your ovary but that is rare..and your doctor will monitor you by ultrasound.do call him or her if the pain increases...good luck

Ovarian Cyst?

Has anyone had an ovarian cyst? I think I might have one or two. I can feel a bump under my skin 1 to 2 inches in diameter. What are the symptoms of this? Could it be malignant?
Answer:
ovarian cyst are more common than you may think, but you need to see a gyno to be sure that's what is going on, don't put it off just go!
I think you ought to read a bit about cysts
http://www.google.com/search?q=ovarian+c...
But definitely, if whatever you have has not disappeared
totally within a fortnight, you should see a gynecologist.

Ovarian Cyst?

Can ovarian cysts effect one's chance of getting pregnant in the future?
Answer:
It depends on the type of cyst. I had endometriomas, cysts caused by endometriosis. The cysts themselves didn't keep me from gettng pregnant, but the endometriosis may have. There are other types of cysts ("functional" cysts, for example) that will not affect your fertility. The most important thing is to get prompt and appropriate treatment for your cysts so that you have the best chance of preserving your fertility.
Yes. You need to speak directly to your physician about this.
It depends on the person, the cyst and if any damage was done.

But generally speaking, no. I had severe ovarian cysts for years and even had three surgeries.

Now I have 2 kids and had no trouble conceiving.

Ovarian cyst?

I've had dull pain over the last week or so just under my tummy-button that comes and goes, had to go to the toilet maybe six times a day but no joy, and feeling pretty bloated and sick.Only problem is I'm due a period within about a day, and my local hospital has a habit of blaming any abdominal pain on menstrual cramps, and I really don't want to go if I'm unsure.
Also, mom had a malignant ovarian cyst about 20 years ago, so is it genetic or runs in the family?
Answer:
It could be. From relatives' experiences, cysts tend to act up and/or burst around your menstruation, most likely due to hormone fluctuations. My mother had one burst last year, and the attending ER physician had the audacity to accuse her of cheating on my father and contracting an STD, so it isn't just your ER! I would call your primary ob/gyn, all you would need done is an u/s I believe, to see them. I would ask for them since it may be genetic. If one is going to rupture, you will need a prescription for a narcotic painkiller (they are extremely painful) and an antibiotic. Best wishes!

Family history also plays a part in how aggressive a doctor may be. If a patient's mother or sister had cancer of the ovary, we worry over any cyst, resolved to prove it functional or not. A family history is when things start to get a little creepy, because one out of seventy women will get ovarian cancer; but if a mother had it, a daughter's chances are anywhere between one in twelve to one in twenty. If two close members of her family have it, the chances can get as ridiculously high as one in two! No wonder we worry.
It probably IS your period coming on! Once your period comes and goes and you still have the pain then you need to see a gynecologist. But please don't worry about cancer right now.
Yes I would go to the dr... (but it might be your period coming on too so just wait and see) if not then do go to the dr and have them do an ultrasound (normally they try vaginal method (2 fingers in vagina and one hand press on your stomach in the area where your reproductive organs are) but if it hurts when they try this first tell them that it hurts and they will do an ultrasound which is painless (gooey gell put on your stomach usually where your ovaries are located) to check for cysts. they did that for me and found a benign cyst (but I had no pain). Yours might be malignant since you do if they find one. Nothing to worry about really just a ultrasound. Yes it can be genetic if your family members have history of PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) which my aunt does, i think gram did too. I would go to the doc as you might have a cyst that needs medical attention. If it's benign and they find a cyst (like me) then they won't do anything just have you monitor it by letting them know if you notice pain. But as I said, get yours check pain is a bad sign and you could have a cyst that is malignant if there is the presence of pain.
My advice to you is to see a doctor. If something just doesn't feel right, it probably isn't and you know your own body better than anyone else does. It can be genetics and if your mother has a history of cysts, it won't hurt to get it checked out. FYI - a pelvic exam won't necessarily find a cyst. Only an Ultrasound will locate them. Take it form my experience and be safe rather than sorry. Mine ruptured and I was in ICU for a week and a half because the infection spread to my blood stream. It's not something to mess with. Not only is it dangerous, but it can have long term effects on your fertility. I hope all is okay!

Ovarian cyst pain :(?

okay so i went tot he ER on saterday night till sunday morning and they said i had ovarian cysts. ive been taking vikeadin and yesterday i went to the gynocologist.
he gave me some pain killers but im still in excruciating pain.
i was wondering how long it will take for the pain to stop.
im going on the pill when i get my period but im not due to get it for another 2 weeks so the pill wont help me till then.
the gynocologist said the cyst ruptured so shouldnt the pain be going away soon?!?!?

thanxxx :)
Answer:
OMG, you poor thing. The same exact thing happened to me about 3-4 times.
It turned out for me that I had a pulled muscle in that area and I just so happen to be talking to my chiropractor about it and she took a look at it and "fixed" me on the spot. I've never gotten the pain again.
It made me so mad that I spent a couple nights in the hospital and they told me it was a ruptured ovarian cyst as well and it turned out to be a pulled muscle...I believe it was called the psoas muscle. Ask your chiropractor...Good luck.

Ovarian Csyt surgery need advice.?

I recently had a cat scan done that revealed I had a complex mass about 20.0 x16.0 x 13.0 cm. My doctor says I need surgery to get it removed. Are there any other options other surgery? Like draining the cyst? If anyone has gone through this surgery pls tell me what to expect from surgery. I'm afraid of being put under anesthesia. Would love to talk someone whos been through this in the past.
Answer:
I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. I had some cysts that grew in size. The surgery really wasn't that bad. In fact, I had it done on June 22 and I'm back to mostly normal activities.

They went in laprascopically (through the belly button) and got rid of the masses. I was laid up for 2 days (hurt to move), but then it got better.

I had general anesthesia for the surgery. Nothing to it. Acutally, it helps reduce the pain. You'll be sleeping for the rest of the day of the surgery, ridding any pain.

Don't worry, you'll do fine!
HAD IT DONE,MANY YEARS AGO REMOVED MY CYST,1TUBE,1 OVARY,AND MY APPENDIX..THAT'S HOW MUCH DAMAGE IT DID TO ME. GET IT DONE,IT SCARY,AND PAINFUL BUT IN THE LONG RUN I FELT MUCH BETTER AFTER.GOOD LUCK YOU'LL DO JUST FINE...
dont worry i got the same operation. it will hurt for a couple of days. got mine done at age of 10

Ovarian cancer, Diagnosis and surgery 9 days ago. dr says I am stage 3a or 3b. Anyone been in the situation?

i am 53 good general health and trying to keep a good attitude, Dr says prognosis is good but who knows? Im scared and worried chemo will be worse than the surgery which was horiffic, i had tumours around colon and scattered thru the abd, oh btw, i had total hysterectomey ( yes ovaries too) FIVE yrs ago and still got ovarian cancer, Please tell me this is survivable. I need to hear form survivors!!!
Answer:
I am an ovarian cancer survivor. I was diagnosed in 2005 when I was 54. I had a total hysterectomy and chemo. I joined an ovarian cancer support group before I started chemo and that was one of the best gifts I gave to myself. There were women in the group who were 17-25 year survivors of stage 3 cancer..,..,which means they were diagnosed and had chemo 17-25 years ago when chemo was not as good as it is today. So YES THIS IS MOST DEFINITELY SURVIVABLE! Please check with your oncologist BEFORE chemo and ask if they have ovarian cancer support groups in your town. I never wanted to hear the "c" word....I had never had surgery, perfect health, hate pills, so the thought of the "c" word, surgery and chemo.I was horrified. Cried the entire first visit to the cancer center. But, I have to say, I have had the flu that was worse than chemo...not that I would want it again,..but, it was not as bad as I thought it would be. I will be happy to answer any questions you have. NO STRESS,. Happy thoughts. This too shall pass.
i wish the best of luck 2 ya!!鈾?
My daughter survived ovarian cancer.Chemo is diffrent for everyone.I hope you have a good support system as this helps so much with recovery.I'll be praying for you.Keep your chin up :)
There is only one cure for cancer. That is your immune system.Educate yourself on the internet about your bodies natural way of healing itself.

Outbreaks after menstrual cycle?

I have been taking pills to help treat and cut back my herpes outbreak. Why does it seem like everytime after my cycle ends that I seem to outbreak? even tho i have been on the medicine for over 6 months...anything i can do to help lessen the outbreaks after my menstrual cycle or any other ideas??
Answer:
I get outbreaks just before my period starts - it is related to your fluctuating hormones, it is very common for women of childbearing age with herpes to have outbreaks related to their cycle. It can help to take the birth control pill.

Out of control sexually active sister help!?

You know how you always have that one person in the family who is hard headed well we have one too. Let me just get down to the issue. My 21 year old sister is very sexually active. We just found out that she has had gonorhea and chlamydia since october of last year. The doctors had been calling my moms house for a while for my sister but she never returned their phone calls. My mom got really suspicious when my sis started to get sick. So after 7 months my mom decided to open her mail and that is when she found out. We are so worried about her and she is obviously afraid to go and get treated. Trust me we have tried everything. I am scared that she might be in some serious trouble health wise. Our family really needs some help. Please only serious answers only this is a a serious issue.
Answer:
It is a pity that the parents of a 21 year old girl do not know the where abouts of their child. It is their irresponsibility that has resulted in this precarious situation. " Love" is a Divine medicine. Lack of it will tempt people to go after Sex. I am sorry to be more critical you who expressed helplessness and concern over the girl in question.
The fact that your sister is afraid to go to a doctor show that she is scared and desperate. You need your mother to have a close door discussion with your sister. She should be convinced that unless she takes the treatment, her life will be a misery. Once she accepts she should be taken to a doctor immediately. If she does not agree, arrange a consultation with a psychiatrist. Both your mother and your sister need counsellings and then alone they can get along later.
Family life is special. You must exchange your love and affection more often. Then , and then alone your can prevent people going astray. An everyday dinner table conference is ideal for such unity. Unfortunately, everybody neglect it.
They don't put that type of info in a letter.
If your sister went to get tested they usually give you a shot right then and there just in case. (well they did 30 yrs ago anyhow)
If your sister is 21 it is really no body's business.
Find something else to worry about.
if the only way to get her to the doctor is to drag her, then do it
Those are easily and inexpensively treated. She just needs a couple shots of antibiotics. No biggie.
This is a major issue, not just because she has STD's, but because she is too sexually active. Promiscuity is a sign of something else more sinister, usually of sexual abuse as a child. I hope that she's just a wild child, but this sounds like more than just an experimental kick.

Perhaps, after she has her treatments, you should encourage her to get some kind of counseling, either from a therapist or a GOOD minister or priest--not some money-hungry jackleg preacher. This way, she will be treated from her illnesses from the inside out.

Good luck to you and her.
1] if she is not treated, she can develop serious complications
a] sterility
b] arthritis
c] skin problems
d] death - the belief is chlamydia can affect the heart lining
2] if she did become pregnant with chlamydia, the baby could get very ill
DRAG her to the doctor, and sit on her while she gets condom lessons!
I'm sorry to hear about your sister. First of all, your sister to needs to realize for herself that she has what she has and she's willing to help herself first and foremost. A couple of suggestions is have her talk with someone who has this disease and can relate to her and also a support group. She's very lucky to have a good support system from her family. With gonorrhea and chlyamidia it needs to be treated and once you have these STD's it stuck for life unfortunately. Don't give up trying. Like I said she has to be the one who realizes what she has first. and willing to step up and get treatment. Also she is passing on this disease which is not healthy either. Without treatment, her immunity system will be unable to fight effectively and unfortunately lead to death. I promise that once shes ready to step up it will be beneficial and extremely become more easier for her.
Your sister is 21 and should be responsible for her actions.

This will be a harsh lesson for her to learn, but she must learn it.

Your mom should never have opened your sisters mail, no matter what the relation, it is illegal to do that.

You could TRY talking to her, but don't expect it to do any good.

OUCHY boob what's wrong?

My boobies hurt, maybe they're growing? I've been off my period enough to know it's not that anymore, but they've been sooore to touch for days, especially at night. I'm not pregnant. Do you think I might have some kind of allergy that would make my boobs sore? ha that would rock wouldn't it. seriously though, is it possible to have allergies that make boobs sore? I don't think they're swollen, maybe just a tad. Anyways yeah what are somethings that can cause sore boobs besides periods and pregnancies?
Answer:
why dont you try apply virgin coconut oil , see what happens
First, please stop calling them boobs. That just makes you sound so common and trashy. They are your breasts.
If you are under 18-19, then yes, they are probably growing.
(If you're having sex, I hope you are over 18.) Even being off your period doesn't mean your hormone levels couldn't still be up some and that would make them sore. No, allergies do not make your breasts sore. If it continues, then I would go see your doctor.
It could be retaining water which can happen when you eat lots of salty foods and drink a lot of caffeine. Lay off the salt and caffeine for a few days and if that doesn't help, you should probably see a doctor.

To answer you second question, Pepsi of any kind contains caffeine and ramen soups contain a lot of salt. Read the ingredients for caffeine and sodium. Chips contain a lot of salt too. Growing breasts can also cause sensitivity too which I didn't mention in the first part of my answer.
you should do a self breast check to see if you have any lumps and if you do go to the dr asap
could be growing pains, or if you're around an air conditioner,or something it could be that ( nipples are very sensitive to cold)
It's very possible your breasts are still growing - that would cause them to be a bit sore. Is the pain exactly like when you have your period? If yes, then it is most likely hormonal - when you say esp at night, I hate to tell you but that was exactly what I found when I was pregnant. If definately not that, then have you started new birth control recently, or any hormonal medications.

Another possibility is an extremely bad fitting bra. For it to be so bad it is making your breasts sore to touch, then it would have to be cutting off circulation or digging in all the way around either the underwire or the top of the bra.

The only other thing I can think about is if you have recently had your bra (only) washed in something different. If you have not washed a new bra before using it (and have been wearing it consisitently) or only this item of clothing has been washed in something you are allergic to then it is possible you are just having a skin reaction, but it only happens to affect that area because it is only your bra that has been washed in the allergen.

So, in short I suppose my answer is: wash your underwear, change the bra you are wearing, make sure you are not pregnant, and if none of these then go and see your doctor.

Good luck!
My guess is that they are probably still growing. Your chest is always a bit sore when you're growing..

OUCH! How do I manage the worst tummy cramps?

Answer:
-first, you can take some advil(or midol; works wonders).
-what helps is wearing comfroable strechy clothing, i know it hurts more for me when im wearing jeans.
-and of that doesnt work, try having carbohydrates, bread helps me alot.
-also if u take medcation try to have some bread first hand.
-also walking around helps me alot and having a heating pad on my tummy helps
-you can buy little heat patches at the store and put them on if u have to go to work.
-and for me, i cant stay in one spot if i have tummy cramps,so i walk around
-try one or all of these combined and itll definently lessen the pain.

hope i helped!
try two advil and a heating pad
eat a banana or drink hot mint or chamomile tea.midol, pamprim or advil works too...
A hot bath.
Try a hot water bottle on your tummy and curl your knees up into the fetal position and lay on your side. Do nothing except rest and take care of you. And with any luck the pains will go away in a day or 2. But be patient and don't try to resume your activities too soon.

Ouch! Cramps! Help?

My stupid period cramps have returned in full force.
Anything that I can do to at least feel decent again?
Answer:
Well let's see, Take an Excedrin or and Ibuprofen first, Hot tea, Hot broth, Heating pad on your tummy. Walking around the house, deep knee bends always helped me. Just give yourself a day off until the worst is over. It always ends.

Just consider this the fact that you are female and part of the fact that you can make babies. Of course the elimination of this menstrual pain means you can be pregnant. So consider it a badge of being female.

Doctors cannot stop all pain. Trust me 25 years of very difficult periods, they just cannot. Nurture yourself, and feel better.
i'm not sure it it helps for period cramp...but...try to eat more bananas... some stuff contain in banana can help prevent the production of a certain liquids in our body that will cause cramp...
I would recommend trying a heating pad or a hot water bottle if you have one, and another thing that I found helpful was to increase the level of iron at that time by eating things like spinach, raisins, and peanut butter (if not allergic to peanuts of course). I found that the iron increase helped ease some of the menstrual flow.

If the cramping is so severe that you can't function then I would recommend seeing your dr for further evaluation to see what they think is going on to cause this pain to be so severe.
I usually use the herbal bags that you can put in the microwave and drink some (hot) tea. If that doesnt work or I will be busy that day then I just use a Motrin or some pain killer.
Get Some heating pads from the Pharmacy. they work wonders, ( I know i have very bad cramps to the point of fainting sometimes).. and some midol or Tylenol. Leave it on you Ovary area and relax.. it does help. Believe me...

Get Better...

Bcn_mimosa from Barcelona, Spain
heatingpads hotwater in a water bottle try advill
i'd suggest you dont encourage continuous use of pain killers coz they prove harmful to the uterus in time.try soakin few grams of asofoetida in water for 1-2 hours then drink that water n swallow the asofoetida with water(coz it wil b bitter).but i bet they help a lot. hav had experience myself. good luk!
midol and a nap
When I get my period I tend to get cramps whether I am exercising or laying on the couch to get rid of them I take one tablet of Motrin. However when you try it look at the back to find out how many tablets to take. Good Luck!!!

Other ways to relieve your libido?

Other than having sex or playing with yourself is there like a meditation or Tai Chi or something like that? I was with my baby daddy for 7 years and just recently left him. But I'm starting to get sexually frusterated. I don't know how to relieve it and I don't want to go back to him for it..

Do toys really DO work?
Answer:
i am a believer that a good soft toy works great for the ladies in my life..if the real thing is not available..not a vibrator, but more of a penis shaped toy, one that is soft and has a head on it..that way you can tickle any part you want to.
there are some meditation techniques you can use

and yes toys do work

B.
Toys do work!! TRUST ME!
Yes, toys really do work :P
For first timers, I would recommend the magic bullet :)
Wedding cake will take away a females sex drive.
Get yourself some toys!.You know the kind..Oh yes they work!!!...You'll only need a man for mowing the lawn..
Well, aside from toys, I just get my bills out. That pretty much kills the desire for anything!
Toys work. That's why so many people-in relationships and single-use them. It's not the same as sex because there isn't a physical connection but it can at least get you that release which can help.

Joining a gym can also help. Just having somewhere else to put your energy and.frustration so to speak can ease the tension.

Osteoporosis - Calcium, can you help?

My wife/bestfriend has oestroporosis (spelling I know is not correct) diagnosed10 years ago, been drinking milk all her life, since childhood (at least a pint a day) why does she have this problem, when her intake of calcium,I believe is more than sufficient
Answer:
Women are more prone to it than men after the menopause due to the changes in hormones.
Calcium tablets may help, but unfortunately its not curable but you may be able to slow progression down.
more calcium would do more good, than harm,
calcium tablets are available most places, follow the enclosed instructions.
increase cheese %26 yoghurt, too.
or go back to the Docs %26 ask his/her opinion.
for more in-depth explanation of the disease see links below.
but remember don't scare yourself or her with the bad news.
stick to the positives.
As the others have said, hormones can play a part and so can genetic factors. However, it is not enough to just take in tons of Calcium, your body needs a good quantity of Vitamin D to help absorb the calcium into the bones and teeth. That is why supplements of Calcium also contain Vit D.
I too have Oesteroporosis.
I have to take a calcium supplement which also contains vit D as you need this to help your body to absorb the calcium.
Also Hormones play a major factor in this too.
Women need Oestrogen to help the bone too. My periods stopped so I was lacking in this as well.
To some extent osteoporosis, demineralisation of bone, could be considered part of the ageing process. It just affects some more that others.

Females loose bone more than males, especially post menopausal women. Poor diet and little exercise and even lack of exposure to sunlight will all increase the risk, as will some drugs, notably steroids.

There are a number of drugs which can be used, together with calcium to attempt to improve the nature of the bone, the most common are bisphosphonates.

Ortho-Tricyclen Birth Control Pills...?

Who has heard that this brand of Birth Control Pills makes your girl crazy? Not like, jump out of a building crazy, or suicidal crazy, but like getting into arguements a lot... or whatever.
Answer:
Talk to your doctor and tell them your concerns. If you are not feeling right, insist that your pills are changed.

Orthotri cyclen lo question + period.?

it's the end of the first month for me taking it. am i suposed to start my period today because i just took tthe first darkest green pill at 12. i usually have a very light period, so will i even have one? i'm just a little worried.
Answer:
You will almost certainty have one but may just be spotting. The difference between this and a regular period is that only the lining of your uterus will come off. Your body never ovulated so no egg.

ORTHO TRI CYCLEN LO to regular ortho tri cyclen?

Ok ive been on ortho lo for over 3 years now, and for some reason my insurance doesnt cover it anymore. They only cover ortho tri cyclen regular one. I have gained some weight in the past 3 years, like 25 lbs. My doc says it wont make much of a difference if i go to the regular ortho. I want to hear from you guys about weight gain or any other side effects i can expect if i go off the ortho lo to the regular one. thx
Answer:
GET OFF OF IT! i was on it for about a year and it made me shoot up to 180, i was like 150 before! i barely ate, so it couldn't have been from that. My advice, go to a different brand completely, thats what i did and its been a lot better. Still haven't been able to lose the weight but i think it would be a lot better for you to get off of that brand all together.

EDIT:
I am taking LOW-OGESTREL. its worked great for me. i've had no side affects, my period is better than ever. i used to have a really irregular period, thats mainly why i went on it. that and i didn't want to take my chances with all they crazy rapist out there. i used to have to use 2 over-night pads 24/7 when i had my period, horrible cramps and i had to miss school because of it. this pill has worked great for me, i know what you mean about the weight. i get hasseled all the time by my mom, she thinks shes so great because shes down to a size 16 and always comments on my stomach and me having stretch marks. i hate it! i've had some mood swings but we're pretty sure that it doesn't have anything to do with pms, that its more being affected by the problems that are going on with my head (b/c of a car accident).

god, i hate when she does that and then my dad has called me a fat ***. i also have a really skinny sister who it the total opposite of me, she is such a princess and she always finds some way to make a comment about my weight. my accident was back in July of 05'. we got hit by an F-350, we were stopped and he was doing 50. i did a sommersault into the front seat, my mom's air bag stopped me from going through the window. my head has been messed up ever since, it almost stopped me from graduating. i could only go to school for a couple hours a day and now they want me to do a sleep study b/c i don't sleep. ever need anything or wanna talk just e-mail me or get at me on my myspace.

www.myspace.com/bug62989
The same exact thing happened to me, I was on Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo then I was put on Ortho Tri Cyclen %26 I feel like I'm gaining more weight which isn't cool especially since during the week I walk half an hour to and from class plus eat salad %26 drink Diet Dr. Pepper weekly. So I'm totally clueless...

Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo expections in the first month?

Hey there, this is my first birth control at 22, not sexually active, but I was wondering since my usual period lasts about 3 or 4 days, and the pill says it will 'lighten or shorten your period', does that mean my period will be even shorter?? or about the same length, just lighter?
Also, I'm hoping this BC will help with my acne, I've tried almost everything on the market from Accutane to well, everything...and so far I'll be on the 24th pill tomorrow (1st dark green pill) and if anything my acne has gotten worse! is that just my body getting used to the hormones? or is it just it just breaking me out really bad to slowly take it away?
Thanks!!
Answer:
It generally takes 3 months for the pills to regulate in your system. For the first three you can have all different kinds of syptoms with them. If they are really bothering you I would call your doctor about them though and she/he could answer any questions. Best of luck!
Shorter periods, a little bit of weight gain, body changes (like acne, it's your body freaking out to hormones) and you may get queasy if you don't eat with it.
I've developed acne since being on this brand. I have tried many brands and it seems like I have a problem with them all! Not many options though until me %26 my husband decide what to do about having kids!
yes ur body is adjusting... give it a couple of months and you will be regulated. it does help with acne... things always get worse before they get better. ull be fine in couple months.

Orgasms vs cumming? Is this normal?

I'm not entirely sure how to ask this but here goes.
I know that orgasming causes vaginal muscle spasms. I also know that It can (and usually does) cause an excess of fluid but what about cumming(for women)?
A couple of times during sex he's noticed a white fluid that came from me. Its not painful but its not something that's happened before.
I guess my real question is; whether or not this is normal?
Or if its Just a different kind of orgasm or maybe cumming? Because those times it felt amazing but there weren't the vaginal spasms that usually occur with the big O.
Answer:
Lucky you and WTG for your partner! He's hit your G-spot and yes it is VERY amazing! There are different positions where he may hit it. When it happens again make a mental note of the position. Try other positions as well (not in the same night, if you do, you are a lucky girl!). Compare the results. Usually a position where he gets deeper penetration will hit the "mark". No worries - just enjoy!
yes, it's normal and it's when you've had an orgasm! i've done this quite a few times now. it means you are very fertile and extremely excited!
There are glands that excrete a natural lube,

But women don't have gonads like men -- so if they do creme up it is not like male ejaculate.
just enjoy and dont worry.
its fine. women come too! both men and women do. theres nothing wrong with it. you're fine
that's normal for a girl to get when she's turned on and having sex, it's acually a very good sign. "cumming" has a wide variety of meanings. It can mean having an orgasm but it's also used for the natural lube women produce when they're sexually aroused, which doesn't have anything to do with orgasm. A lot of women squirt a clearish type fluid (produced by the skene's gland) when they orgasm and that is also referred to as c u m, even though it's a different fluid than what you experianced. obviously you know semen is alltogether different and that's referred to as c u m also... c u m is a broad blanket term

Orgasm trouble?

ok so my fiance and i have been together for a few years now. we started having sex about a year ago. we have probably had sex about 35 or 40 times. out of those times i have only had an orgasm 3 times. and the times i have had one, he pushes in really hard so his body is pressing my clit. but we try to do that and it doesnt always work. do you have any tips or reasons why this happens? or any positions that work the best to achieve a good orgasm easily? i just want to know if i am normal or not. thanks!!
Answer:
Your lucky you're not like me, i have never had an orgasm through intercourse. I've been married for 10 years and have two kids. The only way is through oral for me. Try that. It's your physiological make up that effects orgasms.

Yes, you are normal, don't worry.
try a lubricant or oral sex...
fingering works great too!
what do your orgasms feel like? they may not even be orgasms.
I got u hun, gimme 1 sec 2 post this link...

Few women can orgasm from intercourse alone(cosmo says 33%), there just arent enough nerve endings in the vagina. The reason you come when he fingers you is probably because hes curving them to hit ur g-spot, which can produce a WONDERFUL orgasm, but his penis is just making a straight shot.
Heres ur rememdy:
Before u guys have intercourse, have him stimulate you clitoris (another wonderful thing that can produce a wonderful orgasm) or g-spot, which ever gets you hotter. While you get worked up, hopefully he'll get worked up. When you feel yourself getting close to climax, have him enter you and you jus keep on that cl!t til you orgasm.
Or, have him work u up (or work urself up, or watch each other get worked up, what ever floats that boat!), then enter you and make shallow thrusts while you stimulate your clitoris (sometimes the deep thrusts take away from the stimualtion of ur clitoris). Once again, when u feel urself right at that point, tell him to beat it up (translation: go deep and hard)! Can you say SERIOUS orgasm? Happy humping!

PS Doggy style is the best for this method. U can stimulate urself easily, and he can get all up IN it from the back, lol!!
Why can't you stimulate yourself during sex to help you climax? I never thought of that until I was with my husband and it makes our sex so much more satisfying. Sometime I can climax just through penetration but sometimes I need "more". It's very normal. Don't worry.
Well, I'll bet you're normal. A lot of couples have trouble orgasming. It's actually been proven that only about a third of all women ever orgasm. If you're not opposed to it, I would suggest taking an OTC pill that stimulates sexual pleasure. If that doesn't work, you could try talking to your Gynecologist. They might have some reccomendations.

any position that will 'grind' your pelvises together will work to get you an orgasm. my favorite is my husband holding me against the wall in a standing position. gets me off everytime. good luck
I have the same problem... But i finnaly solved it. I used to pleasure myself while he had sex .. but that wasnt always sucsessful and took way to long, it became a hassle.. so i went to the local adult store and baught a mini vibrator.. soemthing really small not meant for insertion its just for the clitorus. IT WORKS wonders, i always can finish before him and i dont feel he has to wait on me to come.
hehehe i use to have this problem with my ex husband but the difference my ex husband didnt care and it sounds like your bf cares a lot to give you pleasure. my new husband always gives me an orgasm. this may make you blush but i have a very very small clit its smaller than a pea. seriously. and i never got off because my ex husband never paid attention and he didnt care. what worked for me is lots of for play. its actually a proven fact that it takes men 5 to 10 minutes to get arroused and women at least 15 to 20 minutes. most guys dont have the paitents they want wham bam thank you ma'am kind of a deal. thats one thing that worked was lots of fore play and we had to alternate sometimes he would be top and rub himself against me and sometimes i would be on top and rub against him. but believe me most women not all of them but most are sexually frustrated because they do not achieve sexual pleasure. believe me hunny you are not alone. i never had an orgasm in my life until i met my husband but the main difference between him and the ex is that he cared. hope this helps

You are just trying to hard. Begin by just relaxing and let nature take its course.
.
I dno't know, I have the same problem since the birth of our daughter 3 1/2 years ago. If you find out let me know.
Tell him to get into your G-spot. This spot usually will lead to orgasm besides foreplay beforehand.
The positions that help most towards orgasm is doggy-style. More refence for you at this link,

Organizing...?

What are some ways you stay organized in life, house, etc?
Answer:
Declutter. Declutter. Declutter. Getting rid of excess in your life will give you time, energy, money, space to enjoy what is left. You may have to declutter your activities. You may have to declutter your house. You may have to declutter your expenses.

You can have ANYthing you want, but you can't have EVERYthing you want. So make sure you have and do things that help you more than one way. Storage plus seating. Fun plus exercise. Learning plus quality time with the kids. Etc.

Spend (time energy money) on things that matter.
Rubbermaid containers are amazing!
Office Max or Staples has everything you could ever need for organization.
For documents, I recommend investing in a file cabinet to keep them safe.
There are these big small medium sized containers with drawers and you can just stick a label on a drawer and you know where everything is and goodbye clutter!
Buying storage space is great for things you just don't have room for and you never use.
Take a day for each room, go through them, and pick up those little things under your bed, or on the floor and just throw away what your never gonna use again.
life's been chaotic for you? running around the whole day, busy, but accomplished nothing? try to sort out the essentials from the non essentials, the urgent from the non-urgents, make a list(at the begining of the day) if it helps %26 stick to the list!! go through the list at the end of the day to see if it needs improvement, adjust the next day as you make the list, in life as in house or everything it needs a system to work, what works for me may not be the case for you, you need to figure out what works best for you!!

Oral contraception and ginkgo biloba?

Does anyone know if taking Ginkgo Biloba would effect oral contraception (the pill - Cilest)?

for example if it was added to a smoothie?

Ive bought a smoothie from Tescos and it says it has it in it, I'm such a worrier about my oral contraception and it not working becuase of something I've eaten/taken accidentally, so sorry if this is a silly question

Serious answers only PLEASE.
Answer:
as far as i know it a herbal remedy used by beauty therapists. it should not have any affect on the pill though.

to be safe speak to a pharmacist or doctor.
No sure but you would be well advised to ask your local pharmacist he or she would know the answer. Alway best to be on the safe side.

PS I did read sometime back that Ginko can be contra to some things.
Best checking with your local Chemist. If he speaks English that is
1st of all, remember everyone is different Angelique. My girl was on the pill %26 took a ginkgo biloba pill every day for months %26 months. It wasn't Cilest however she never became pregnant. Secondly, with regards to contraception on this overpopulated planet, there will never be any inquiries that fall under the heading of "silly questions". Carry on..

Opinion on Penis Size?

ok so we had sum fun and finally got the numbers, what u ladies think of 7 inch long 2 inch wide and 5.25 inch around
Answer:
Check Out the Size Chart in the Sources Section. I looked at it and it is in the High Average Category. So it Would be Great For Most Women. Average Size is 6" so if that is the size of your Unit You are Well Endowed and Hung really well.
I think size and measurments are silly. I don't go arround measuring every guy's genitals I encounter with a ruler and don't know many girls who do.
Every heard the saying "Its not the length, its not the size, its how many times you can make it rise". And rise is the issue these days isn't it.
my opinion is size doesn't matter as long as your comfortable with your size. to me it seems guys who are more comfortable with their size perform the best guys who are worried about their size don't let loose as much and it is less enjoyable

Opinion on birth control?

hey I am stumped what would be ur opinion on birth control adn ur conclusinon on it pls tell and explain pls
Answer:
Well if you are going to have sex and you feel you are not yet ready to have a child then birth control is a good idea. Also not all people used birth control for actual control of birth, but to help regulate periods.
to me birth control is a good thing and means that the participants are reasonably mature and are thinking about the future
My opinion is, any person not wanting to have a baby should be using forms of birth control. Men=condoms/Women=birth control pills and make sure your partner is wearing a condom.
Reasoning=too many babies born into bad situations or homes.
please spell your words compleatly. PROTECT yourself until your ready to have children! the pill is always a good choice. the patch is debatable.
Birth control is no new idea. In Roman times, the perfered method was sheepskin condoms. As far as pills, patches, shots, and rings..Well, it's an individual basis. If you're a responsible person the pill will work for you. If not, you're wasting your time and money being on it. Patches are great for irresponsible people, because you put it on and change it once a week and don't have to think about it, but there are serious side effects to the patch. The ring, as someone else state, can slip and get stuck-and usually you have to go to the doctor and have him/her put it in for you. As far as the depo shot, my sis-in-law got a shot and was on her period for 3 months-what woman wants that.
In my opinion, birth control is a great idea, birth control=population control. Some people really should not be creating offspring, and for them I would pay for the birth control myself.
I use birth control pills to treat medical conditions that I have going on right now such as endometriosis. I find them to be pretty helpful for the endometriosis.

Operation pain?

I have just been to hospital on monday for a laparoscopy i was just wondering if anyone knew how long this was going to be sore for and if anyone has had this done did they have gas moving around in there stomachs after it was done. Thanks!!
Answer:
I just had an operation on June 6. It was laprascopic at first, before they had to open me up.

The gas pain was *horrible*. The gas they use to expand your abdomen is absorbed by your intestines, where it will eventually get expelled. The first few days that pain was worse than the pain from the operation itself. My best advice is to try to move around as much as possible, because that helps get it moving and get it out.
I tried taking some Phazyme (simethicone) pills - don't know if they really worked or not.

Good luck!
Ask your doctor.
My abdominal surgery was done by cutting but I got the extra bonus of them using a laprascope to blow gas into me for a look at things first.
The pain will go shortly but yes, the gas is terrible. But there's an old Scottish saying "Aye where ye be, let the air run free".
It'll be better in a few days. Take care.

Oops I forgot to take some of my birth control... uh?

So.. I didn't take it last weds, took weds and thurs pills at the same time on thursday... missed on friday, took fri and sat pills at the same time on saturday... took sunday, i might have taken monday or tuesday's late and then was back on track starting on weds have taken weds thurs and fri. Am I "safe" or should I be using condoms?? And don't be like WELL YOU SHOULD BE USING CONDOMS ANYWAY BC BLAHBLAH well you know what I have a boyfriend so it don't even matter.

Thanks :)
Answer:
YOu are safe. It takes a while for your body to adjust to no birth control and when you are taking a couple of pills at the same time it is like emergency contraceptive. I know it is very very difficult to keep track of the pills. I can see that it is a trend for you to forget them. My advice to you is get a Nuva, it is easier to deal with.
Definitely use a condom--anytime you miss a pill it's a good idea, and since you've missed quite a few, it's DEFINITELY a good idea.
I wouldn't risk it, I like to go bareback as much as the next girl but if I had messed up my bc schedule like that I would definitely be using condoms.
well yes you should be using a condom. OR yeah you know what can happen...thats not good. Unless your plannin on having a baby.
I would use a condom, why risk it, right? You missed a lot of days. I had a friend who missed just one and ended up preggers. Until you get your period again just use a condom. Have you tried the depo shot? I'm thinking about getting it because I always forget to take my pill, still researching it though.
If you skip a pill, the effectiveness of the birth control can drop to about 50%. So I'd definitely use condoms till your next period. I have a couple of nieces from this exact situation :)

Ooo does it hurt?

Some people say that using a tampon can "pop you cherry" and break you hymen. does that really hurt.

ps. i started my period only 5 days ago and i havent used tampons yet
Answer:
Check out this site Emily.
It will answer all your questions regarding this...
http://www.steadyhealth.com/can_insertin...
yes, it can break it..
wait for maybe a year before you use a tampon. Pads are easier and they dont hurt at all.
Not true. And tampons don't hurt. Good luck!
tampons dont hurt unless you dont put them in right.
but you shouldnt have a problem and there are directions
on the box. i would suggest using teen sized tampons,
or a smaller size until you get used to it.l

and no it dosent hurt if it breaks you wont even feel it.
If this is your first period - I woudl sugegst using pads - just so you get to know your period , flow rate etc etc .

And for firstime tampon users I would suggest using an applicator as its fool proof and cleaner.

They do not hurt though - can be uncomfortable it put in not far enough but they settle in in about 5 mins anyway.

Also a bit sore to insert if your flow it REALLY light - if this is the case just wait an hour or so and then insert it
Good Day,

There is no age recommendation for use of a tampon..They make very slender tampons made just for the first time user. These will not usually damage the hymen. Do not insert it in to far. Every box comes with directions on how to properly insert the tampon. If your tampon is placed in properly it will not hurt you at all. But if you hurt right after you did not insert the tampon in correctly.

When using the tampon be sure to keep up with your hygiene.. And understand how to properly use it. It is important to understand ones own blood flow so you know and understand what type of flo you have so you buy the proper tampon to accommodate your blood flow.

To have your cherry popped it can hurt but not because you lost your hymen. But due to the stretching your body undergoes during sex.

As well as many girls have lost their hymen during horse back ridding and never knew that it was possible to lose it during this and it did not hurt them. As well as many other ways your body does lose your hymen.

Hope this helps.
Hymen breaks easily. You can break it playing sports, riding a bike, etc. If you've ridden bikes a fair amount or are active in sports, you probably already 'popped the cherry' (btw that's more of a sexual term guys use).

I rarely use tampons (only if I have to) cause it feel uncomfortable to me. It's an odd feeling I must say (anything going inside you in that area feels odd at first 0.o), but in the end tampons really help. Not everyone uses them tho, and you should be aware of the risks (yes, there are risks to using tampons).

And if it's your first period, just use pads. It's less complicated that way, and usually (USUALLY, depends) the flow isn't heavy enough. Best to use tampons for the first two days when the flow is really heavy. Afterwards just use lighter pads, like Light Day or something.
But I do suggest waiting a year minimum before even thinking of using tampons, like 'hello' said.

Only women who have breast implants answer, plz?

are you happy with them, do they look and feel natural ? I want to get an augmentation, and would love to hear some tips from you. Thanks loves
Answer:
Breast implant surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Tour2india4health Consultants .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Tour2india4health Consultants is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.
i dont have breast implants, but my mom does. when she first got them she was in ALOT of pain. she litteraly layed on the couch for a week and a half. when she had to take a shower, me and my older sister had to help her in the bath tub and clean her. so if you do go through with it, then make sure you have someone to tend to you for a while. anything else that you really need to hear, just go to a plastic surgeon and he/she will tell you pretty much ANYTHING you need and want to know.
I had breast augmentation 10 years ago, going from a B-cup to a full C/small D. I would have to say that overall I've been very happy with my decision. Yes, it is quite painful for a while after surgery, especially if you choose to have the implants placed under the muscle. I decided to have the procedure done through a tiny (not quite 2cm) incision under each breast (which isn't noticeable at all anymore), on top of the muscle but under my real breast tissue. Immediately after the procedure, I was worried because they looked like torpedos (I was pretty freaked out), but my surgeon told me to calm down, that this was completely normal and that over the next year my breasts would "relax" into their natural position. Just like he said, they did. Even when you squeeze them, they feel completely natural because the actual implant is under my real breast tissue. As far as choosing a surgeon, do your homework and remember - you get what you pay for! Look at some before/after examples of their work, then decide. As far as having problems - I've been lucky and haven't had any. But, I know a lot of women who have so always keep that in mind. Problems with encapsulation and scar tissue is the most common complication. Take the time to research, choose wisely, and I'm sure you'll have a positive experience.
Good Luck
I'm a 23 year old female, I started as a 34A..or smaller..and I stumbled upon bravabreasts.com, I emailed the girl and actually got her to lower her original asking price, so that was great! I wore the system for 6 months, almost everyday for maybe 30-45 minutes each time. I ended up gaining an entire cup size, which for me, was seriously an answer to my prayers! I've ALWAYS wanted a bigger chest, and I finally got it. I'm satisfied! I guess I wouldnt mind going slightly bigger, but I'm a small girl, so it might look odd. Anyways, I really think anyone should give it a go...it's cheaper than the real Brava and better and safer than surgery! And now, since I got such good results, I'm a seller of these machines as well...hence the name. :o) You should give it a try before you risk your life with surgery or creams, etc.

Only three days?

Ok, I am 22 years old. I have a 28 day cycle every month. I usually start in the afternoon or evening on Thursday. I typically get horrible cramps, throw up, and feel slight cramps for about a day then for 5 days i bleed then stop until the next month. I know not being on birth control you can't really control the days of your cycle. Well this month I started a day early(not a big deal) I got sick all day long (not just once like usual) and I only was on my period for about 2 1/2 - 3 days. it was lighter than usual. Do you think this is a sign of pregnancy? I don't want to waste money or time worrying if it isn't a big deal. My fiance and I are in a monagomous relationship and we always have unprotected sex. We have both been tested. We are both open to the idea of having children now. I am not wishing this or secretly obsessing I would like a general opinion. Please don't be rude or stupid. I know what I am getting myself into.
Answer:
When I first started with the birth control pills, I had a really short period. It happens sometimes. Since you are sexually active, you should get a pregnancy test. Some Ob/Gyn's prefer to run the blood test periodically, just in case. My doctor did that, to be sure. So, get the test, even if you want to have a child soon. That way you and your partner can prepare. Good luck!
It wouldn't hurt to take a pregnancy test.
It is very possible for you to be pregnant. This happened to me my first 2 pregnancies. I would certainly take a preg test, just to be sure.
it is a possiblity you could be pregnant, you should get an early pregnancy test and/or talk to your doctor about
It sounds as though you are just having a lighter periord than normal, but pregnancy tests aren't that expensive, so if it's like this next month go ahead and try one :)
Sometimes my periods are short and lighter too. But just to put your mind to rest, get an early pregnancy test or see your Doc.

Good luck :)

Only look if ur a girl[please no guys---please!]?

ok-im 12, when will my period come? I have been "developing" in the top half for over 2 years now, i have hair "down there" and in the pitts, every couple of days i see yello sticky stuff in my panties, my breast are getting bigger [and i wanna tell my mom i need to get bigger bras, because i wear a 32, and it is so tight a hurts like crap, but i don't know how to tell her] HELP---only answer if you are a girl or woman!NO BOYS PLEASE-oh and i asked my friend and she said about 6 week of months-but its been at lease 2 1/2 years!
Answer:
YOur hormones are definatley changing and there is no way to really tell when your period will actually come. It might be close or not. eveyone is different. The bra thing.just say to her what you did here. Wait until you are in the car alone going somewhere so that other fmaily can't hear or sneak in. Just say what you said.My bra is tight and hurts.I think I need a new one because I am growing. Growing children are no surprise to a mom. Also, your mom was a teen one day, and she had a first period. Just ask her (Once again, in the car alone is good becuase she also can't walk into the other room! AND you do not have to look at her in the eye.she will be watching the road.she might pull over then you can laugh at her... and then ask again. It is no secret. I bet she is waiting for you to talk to her and she just doesn't know how to aproach you. ANd you are right, NO BOYS! SO there!
don't freak out, you may not get your period for another year of two. Ask your mom if she could take you shopping, make it a "girls day out". When you are alone ask her for new bras and ask her when she got her period. The first time your mom got hers is a rough estimate of when to expect yours. Your mom had the very same questions as you have. We were all young girls once! Good Luck!
Well it sounds like ur gonna get it pretty soon. You should get your period 2-3 yrs after ur breasts start to grow. Just tell ur mom by going shopping and then try the braws on but tell her u need a new one they r too small
There is no reason to be embarrassed to tell your mom you need a bigger bra. It's a part of life every girl has to go through,( if you're lucky enough to need a bigger bra!) And don't be in such a hurry to get your period, cuz I promise you don't want it right now.
Have you recently taken antibiotics? If so, the stuff in your panties may be yeast. If not, and there is no odor, I wouldn't worry about it, it's probably just normal secretions.

As to the bra, just tell your mom they are too tight and is there a way to make them looser because they hurt you to wear them ? She'll get the idea, and take you to buy new ones.

My nickname may be Alex, but I am a grandmother. :)
I think ur going to start ur period thats what happen to me
You don't write like you are 12. Most 12 year olds write like they are idiots. So kudos to you if you really are the age you say you are. Anyways. Your period will come when it comes. Anywhere from age 11 to 15.
Your mom knows you are growing, she is expecting you to say something,,,
Hey mom, my bra is too tight now, can we go out and get me another bra, please?"
Having a sense of humor is a great Idea.
My daughter is 10 and she is just starting the boobs, and the hair, and she loves to laugh about getting a bra.
We talk openly about it all the time.

Be playful with your mom, say mom, check me out.. Im not sure what to do with these, and this bra is not cutting it. (make sure you say it with a smile on your face, and maybe a little laughter)

You should start your period anytime.. probably this year.
well it is hard to say when exactly sweetie but your close i can tell u that. that discharge u get is a good sign its close. talk to your mother she will understand i promise. im 16 and i still dont talk that well with my mom but its that kinda thing ur mom will really get trust me she can help u.....but if ud like to talk to me add me on yahoo messenger or email me

teenwitch09@yahoo.com
First of all, it's really sad that you feel you can't tell your mom you need a bigger bra. Do you have any money of your own that you could just go buy one? Are you embarrassed to tell your mom? Do you think she'll get mad? laugh at you? why can't you tell her.

I'm sure you'll start your periods soon. It sounds like all the right things are happening to your body. I wouldn't worry until you're 14 or so!! If you get too concerned maybe you should go to the dr. But that would probably involve talking to your mom about it.

Maybe you should sit down with your mom and seriously talk to her about your worries, your feelings. She might surprise you and be very understanding!
Good luck.
I had that same thing happen to me.
You gonna get it pretty soon.
I did the worst thing and never told my mom about my period until 3 days later, she blew up at me @_@
So when you get it tell your mom right away.
For your bras...
Just build up courage. Just say "Mom I REALLY need bigger bras!" I told my mom that she ended up getting me REALLY cute ones!
The yellow sticky stuff on your underwear is probably just a normal discharge most women get. The amount and thickness of the discharge varies dependent upon where you are in your cycle. In fact the discharge will become clear and stretchy during the time of the month where you can get pregnant. As for the bras --- just tell your mom the old ones are tight and you need new ones. I know it may be embarrassing but she will understand. She was your age once too.
Don't worry at all you are in the process... be patient i got my period when i was going to the 4th grade.. i wish i didn't have one because it can hurt like crap%26lt; not to scare you%26gt; everyone experiences something different.. tell your mom about all of your problems, she is the best person to help you.. i was scared to tell my mom also.. but i finally did.. and she helped out more than you can imagine...she taught me all there was too know and i'm grateful for that.. tell your mom and you will be glad.. trust her... i'm sure she trusts you to tell her when something is bothering you...by the way, my friend didn't get her period until she was 17... %26lt; we're all grown now

Only Girls answer--- about dreams?

From previous questions it is clear that girls(not all but at least some) have also Wet dreams(more accurately) Erotic dreams.
can you girls tell what kind of that dream is ... i mean you feel being receiveng sex from a guy or something other? Please answer honestly...?
Answer:
It's exactly how you expressed it . Those are "exciting dreams."
maybe it depends on the girl. could be recieving sex or can be maybe jus dreaming about a lover (no sex involved)
Usually something sexual from a guy I like, sometimes sex, sometimes other things...usually a character from a film LOL, sometimes people I know, or people from real life who I only vaguely know which makes it kind of weird. Fun though!

Only for those who have gone breast augmentation,PLS advise my foreign friend- a good surgeon and cost...?

She's coming to the Philippines because of this.., as she heard that it's cheaper here than in her country. Also, any doctors that you can recommend, BUDGET details and how long is the process and recovery to determine her stay in the Philippines...
Answer:
Breast augmentation surgery is very safe nowadays.

Inform her that I and millions of other guys find fake boobs a MUCH bigger turn off than small or non-existant racks. I wouldn't even date a girl with silicone.
If she is doing it to try to get a guy or because she is teased tell her DON'T DO IT!

Guys like all sizes and hate the feel of implants.

Look to this site for recommendations for plastic surgeons and how much they are as well as a support board.

Only for girls (HELP)?

IM ON MY PERIOD AND MY STOMACH HURTS ALOT AND I KEEP GOING TO THE BATHROOM! WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE ME FEEL BETTER? PLZ HELP!!!!!!
Answer:
hit some tylenol and get a heat pack apply that for a couple of hours and that should help
Pray.
drink hot tea. take a tylenol. use bengay, it burns but it'll work. and sleep. if it hurts again, do the same progress. and try walking it out a little. maybe you have a blood clots. blodd clots are blood that are thick and it will cause you pain if its not out. email me so i can explain it better.
birth control pills they HELP SO MUCH!!!!!
A heating pad or a hot water bottle for your stomach. Or if you have two of them, put one on your lower back and one on your stomach. If you have some Midol or other pain reliever, take it! Even Tylenol will do.

Then try to relax as much as possible. Read a book or watch TV to take your mind off it. Sometimes a cup of hot tea helps, too.

In the future, you might want to talk to your doctor about going on the pill. Some birth control pills really help make cramps less painful.
i go through the same thing with my period. best thing to do is apply a heating pad if you dont have one with you, just dip a towel in hot water and apply it to your stomach. try to do this while resting, it'll help a lot. as for going to the bathroom, the only thing you can do to prevent that is taking some pills. try asking your doctor about some prescription pills especially made for that- my doctor prescribed Naproxen for me. if you take it the two days before your period or as soon as you notice signs of your period, it'll prevent the pain as well as the bowel movements. you could prob even find some naproxen over the counter from any drug store. hope this helps

One-a-day for women make me sick...?

I get nauseated/warm whenever I take one. Why? What should I take instead?
Answer:
It could very well be the actual brand, ONE A DAY, that is making you sick. However, before you switch to another vitamin, try eating a full meal and then taking your vitamin (s) 30 minutes after you eat. Taking vitamins on an empty stomach does make you nausated. If taking a vitamin on a full stomach doesnt work and the feeling doesnt go away, try a new vitamin or talk to your family doctor.
Research vitamins that are well absorbed by the body and choose one that is well absorbed by the body. One a day is not one that is well absorbed. You can consider looking up mela vita.
