I get nauseated/warm whenever I take one. Why? What should I take instead?

It could very well be the actual brand, ONE A DAY, that is making you sick. However, before you switch to another vitamin, try eating a full meal and then taking your vitamin (s) 30 minutes after you eat. Taking vitamins on an empty stomach does make you nausated. If taking a vitamin on a full stomach doesnt work and the feeling doesnt go away, try a new vitamin or talk to your family doctor.
Research vitamins that are well absorbed by the body and choose one that is well absorbed by the body. One a day is not one that is well absorbed. You can consider looking up mela vita.
